His expertise in both operation & maintenance of School transport & Luxury Passenger Transport is drawn from about 20 plus hands-on years, in various capacities on the Middle East, with various cross sections of multicultural teams.

He has a great passion for training which is coupled with long years of experience in Customer Care, Fleet Operations, health & safety.  He has to his credit a few couple of thousand hours of training experience during the last 20 years. Today, many drivers and bus attender trained and mentored by him,  are managers and leaders within and outside the transport industry.

Being a trained Big Bus driver himself, and a obsessive passion for transportation, BG enjoys training operational staff, as he firmly believes that they are THE BACKBONE OF THE TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY !!!!
